Avedon, Richard. BEATLES - FIVE POSTERS FOR STERN MAGAZINE. Offset prints, 1967. Four images, one of each Beatle, photographed by Avedon and modified with psychedelic colors, and one black-and-white image, a photograph of all four Beatles, the faces of which formed the basis for the individual color portraits. These are from the original printing done for the German magazine, Stern in 1967, and not later issues or reproductions. The color images each 27 x 18 3/4 inches; the b/w "banner" is 16 x 40 inches. All linen-backed and in excellent condition.
