Signed, titled and numbered 14/50 in pencil, and monogrammed in the plate. 12 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches, 318 x 470 mm. Some tape residue at the edges, verso, else in excellent condition, with the colors fresh and vivid.The view is of the buildings along Beekman Place as seen from the East River, and of the skyline beyond. Neufeld, who moved to NYC in 1945 was known as "The Artist Laureate of the East River. There was an exhibition of his work at the South Street Seaport Museum in 1975.
