Squarish Octavo, cloth-backed marbled boards, blue cardboard slipcase, 80pp. A Very Good copy, with fading to the spine and with the edges lightly rubbed by the slipcase, and a bit of browning in the gutters, front and back. Lacking the glassine wrapper. The slipcase also Very Good with rubbing to its edges. Written in 1933 this is a posthumously published mystery novel based on happenings at Stein and Toklas's house in Bilignin.
