Unidentified Artist. BOY PLAYING AN ACCORDION. Woodcut or Linocut, not dated, but likely mid-20th Century. Edition size not known. Signed illegibly in pencil, lower right, and inscribed illegibly in pencil, lower left. A well executed image, showing the boy, dressed in shorts, seated on a stool, his legs and feet foreshortened, his expression distant, the whole raising, rather than answering questions. A good work of art held back by its artist's inability or unwillingness to provide a readable signature for posterity.
