(Von Wild, Ilse). DES KINDER KONIGREICH by Ilse Von Wild. Dietrich, Munich, no date, but c. 1936. 4to., paper-covered pictorial boards, 16pp., poems and illustrations. Printed in Sutterlin script (designed under the direction of the Prussian Ministry of Culture in 1911 as a "modern" handwriting script, it became the script taught in all German schools between 1935 and 1941, at which time it was banned by the Nazi government. Wikipedia has an article which reproduces the letters of the alphabet it this script; without this key as a guide it is nearly impossible to read). Two pages have losses at the edges, else a Very Good copy of a scarce book.
