Tall quarto, cloth-backed boards, 68pp., poems in German with b/w illustrations by Thoma. Boards slightly warped and darkenend, spine ends frayed, internals nice. Scarce. Henry Thode, 1857-1920, was an art historian who did several books on the work of Hans Thoma. Hans Thoma (1839-1924) was one of Germany's most highly regarded artists in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries.
