Woodcut, 1948.Ttiled, dated, and signed with a dedication, all in pencil. 9 5/8 x 12 7/8 inches (image), 12 x 16 inches (sheet). Framed to 19 x 21 1/2 inches. Inexcellent condititon. Frasconi did a group of four woodcuts relating to Vermont in 1948, but this isn't one of them. Although Frasconi's editions were almost always small, they were usually numbered. This is not numbered, and is not in any of the catalgues of his prints, suggesting the possibility that it may be a unique trial which was not pursued, and was given as a gift to a friend named Frank.
