Wyatt BARR

Wyatt Barr graduated from the Maine College of Art (MeCA)in 2012. During 2012 and 2013 he undertook a project in which he did portraits in charcoal and charcoal and ink wash of homeless men living in Portland. These were exhibited at Local 188, at the Welles Library, and in our Gallery. In 2014, he left the city and moved to his hometown of Cornish, Maine. While there he has undertaken a new project, devoting the same techniques used in his portraiture to the natural world in the woodlands and forest areas around Cornish.
