The Marsalis CD and the Club booklet are laid-in. The book was printed at the Golgonooza Foundry and Press in Ashuelot, NH on Somers et paper. The whole in pristine condition throughout. Dean Mitchell, American, born 1957, is known for his paintings, watercolors and prints treating African-American themes and people.
