Both with small edge losses, but otherwise in very good condition. Plays in repertroire on these evenings included "Marriage" by Robert Bell, Woman Hater by W. Bayle Bernard, and "The Boarding School." Benjamin Nottingham Webster, 1797-1882 was an English character actor, comedian, and theater manager. He was the Lessee of the Theater Royal, Hay-Market from 1837-1853, after which he built his own thater, the Adelphi, and also was manager of several other theaters in London. He produced the plays, and provided the roles for many of the playwrights and actors of the period.
