Signed in pencil and inscribed "To Myra - Yas." 9 1/4 x 14 1/2 inches, 235 x 368 mm. (image); 10 x 15 3/4 inches (sheet). About 1/2 inch of each of the four corners cut off, else in excellent condition. Kuniyoshi's prints done on thin China or Japanese papers were usually mounted to a support by Chine Colle. The very small number of this edition may indicate that it was intended to be a chine colle, but that the project was not carried to completion. The print is, obviously, rare.
