The Commission was an arm of the Communist Party of America. A copy of this poster is in the Yanker Poster Collection at the Library of Congress. A classic Hugo Gellert image, showing the hands of a black and a white man hand-cuffed together, in Gellert's signature red-white-and-blue colors. In Excellent condition.
