Fagan, James. (American, 1864-1910). ON THE ZWARTE WATER. Etching, not dated, but likely 1880s-1890s. Signed in the plate, and in pencil, and with a remarque in the margin. A scene on the "Black River" in the Netherlands, with boats and windmills. 10 1/8 x 13 5/8 inches (plate), 14 x 18 inches (sheet). Some staining to the margins, else in very good condition.
