The text comprises versions of the captivity by Indians of Hannah Duston as related by Cotton Mather, John Greenleaf Whittier, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and Henry David Thoreau. There is also an Introduction by Glenn Todd. In excellent condition except for an abrasion to the paper of the front board.
