In excellent condition except for a thin spot at the top right corner from old hinging.This is one of "The Dartmouth Portraits," a series of nine re-worked plates from a series done in 1971. "Dine used the same plates, the same theme, and in most cases, a similar image size and position." The plates from the original series were sanded down, leaving a trace of the original image, over which Dine created and etched a new image. This is the last of the suite of nine.
