The second state, with the image measuring 205 x 153 mm. Pritned by Way, who recorded only 15 lifetime impressions. Goulding did a posthumous edition of 31 in 1904. In very good condition but with some darkening at the sheet edges. The subjects are Thomas and Samuel Govier, of Lyme Regis. Whister did three other subjects shwoing blacksmiths at Lyme Regis. Signed impressions are scarce.
