Card listing books by Windham published by Campbell from 1950 to 1985. The tight fitting of the mylar has caused compression and wrinkling of the front and back covers; the slipcase very tight, still a Very Good copy. The 44 letters are dated between 1961 and 1966, beginning with Windham's and Campbell's first encounter with Toklas in Rome, and ending with one hoping that they would visit her in Paris, with most of the letters followed by Windham's commentary providing context for them.
