TIBET - SADDLE RUG. Circa 1880-1920. 23 1/2 x 46 1/2 inches; 600 x 1180 mm. Wool with cloth lining and edging. "Notched" shape with reinforced pommel holes, made in two halves sewn together; stylized floral design in vibrant reds, greens and black. In excellent condition, showing only minimal wear to the edging.
