Tramp Art. TRAMP ART WALL POCKET. Circa 1920. A hanging wall pocket, 11 1/2 inches long, 5 1/4 inches wide, and 3 1/2 inches deep, formed of triangular pieces of finely chip-carved woods in alternating layers stained dark and light, with a top crown of layered woods in a diamond shape; the back layer, with the triangular lower part and the diamond-shaped top, is a single piece of wood. A hole near the top allows the pocket to hang from a hook or nail. Tramp Art wall pockets are not common. In excellent condition.
