Some of the watercolor elements are in the margin outside of the platemark. This is an early work by Prince. This work was included in the exhibition "Fugitive Artist: The Early Work of Richard Prince" curated by Prof. Michael Lobel for the Neuberger Museum, SUNY Purchase, in 2007. Prince would not cooperate with the exhibition, and denied permission for the illustration of his works in the exhibition catalogue. Provenance: Rose Marie Frick, Brunswick, ME.
